Unity Gaming registers the roster under the EHOME slot
Chinese Esports club EHOME sold its slot or rebranded the company because a new name has been registered under its old number.
On Valve's official team registration website, EHOME had a number 4, but now a team named Unity Gaming is listed under it. This may suggest the sale of the slot or the organization's rebranding. At this time, there has been no official statement from the club.
In addition to the changed name, Unity Gaming has 5 new members registered. All of them previously played for Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams: Team Saiyan, LBZS, RSG, and Neptune Gaming.
As a reminder, EHOME had a slot in the Chinese Upper Division for the DPC 22/23 Winter Tour. It is scheduled for January 9-29, 2023. Participants compete for a $205,000 prize, DPC points, and invitations to the first major.
