Triple Elimination: Tundra, Xtreme, and Waska Sent Out Of DreamLeague Season 24; Liquid Looking To Survive
The sixth day of the second DreamLeague Season 24 Group Stage has resulted in three quick eliminations, which include Tundra Esports, Xtreme Gaming, and Team Waska.
Tundra Esports managed to take down PARIVISION in a swift 2-0 on the same day, but a victory from Team Liquid against Xtreme Gaming meant the BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 finalists would face a disappointing exit from DreamLeague Season 24.
Xtreme Gaming and Team Waska had their eliminations coming, as they are both sitting on a 1-5 record with one match left to play.
The BetBoom Team is sitting pretty with a 5-1 record, and have almost guaranteed their spot in the Playoffs. Meanwhile, Team Liquid must win their series against the group leaders for a chance at the Playoffs. Assuming the TI winners win their match, they will guarantee a tiebreaker between the loser of Team Falcons vs. Team Spirit, as one of the two teams will remain with 4 points.
The final day of the DreamLeague Season 24 Group Stage ends today, and four teams will qualify for the Playoffs at the end of it. Tiebreakers are still possible.
