The International 11 prize pool reaches $11 million
On September 15, The International 11 prize pool reached $11,000,000. Recall that the fundraising began on the night of September 2, along with the release of the Battle Pass. It has been going on for 13 days.
According to the Dota 2 Prize Pool Tracker website, the current The International is behind the previous 2 tournaments in the series in terms of prize pool growth. By this point, The International 2019 got $12,900,000 and The International 2021 achieved $13,500,000. It's also worth noting that the gap between the prize pool at The International 2018 is already less than $1,000,000.
The International 11 fundraiser lasts until the tournament concludes on October 30. This means that 25% of the Battle Pass sales before that date go into the tournament's prize pool.
