OG Crash Out Of PGL Wallachia Season 2 Qualifiers
The favorites to qualify from the Western European region, OG, has made a shocking exit from the Closed Qualifiers for PGL Wallachia Season 2.
Playing with Kaori instead of Ceb, OG had a shaky start to their run in their first match against elegia. Though OG was the heavy favorite to win the series, they dropped a map, but could still close out the series 2-1.
The first big shock was the match against Dandelions, a stack consisting of Nande and dEsire. After OG won the first map in 22 minutes, they managed to drop the next two consecutive maps to lose the series and fall to the Lower Bracket.
In the Lower Bracket, OG was tasked to play against MOUZ. Fortunately, Bzm and company could close the series after a narrow 2-1 victory.
However, their next opponents were team AVULUS, which was Stormstormer and SoNNeikO’s stack. OG was ultimately outclassed by the opposing team, losing the series 0-2. This loss meant OG was no longer in the running to qualify for PGL Wallachia Season 2.
We would like to highlight that the team recently released their long-time coach Misha before the start of the Qualifiers. Are roster changes looming, or is Ceb the missing piece to the team?
