Malr1ne and Team Falcons Secure Yet Another Grand Final
Team Falcons take an easy win against Azure Ray in the Upper Bracket Final with a clean 2-0 sweep. The expected winners of the tournament have guaranteed a second-place finish, as they have become the first finalists of the Elite League.
The MENA squad outclassed Azure Ray in the first map, and it was no contest. Azure Ray only posted four kills in 35 minutes. The star mid player, Malr1ne, ended the game 10/1/2 on his Lina.
Azure Ray put up a better fight in the second, trying their hands on a Marci + Io combo. However, the tanky heroes on Team Falcons could survive the initial burst and clean up the team fights. Still, the Falcons outdid their opponents and won without too much trouble.
The Chinese squad was knocked down to the Lower Bracket, where they will face the winner of the Team Liquid vs. Xtreme Gaming match.
