Ceb to replace Misha in OG for PGL Arlington Major 2022
??Mikhail "Misha" Agatov couldn't get a visa to the US, which is why OG makes a substitution at the upcoming PGL Arlington Major 2022. ??Sébastien "Ceb" Debs will play instead. Team coach ??Evgenii "Chuvash" Makarov, who also didn't get a visa, won't come to the tournament either.
In May 2022, OG already played with a substitution at ESL One Stockholm Dota Major 2022. Agatov couldn't attend the major then and was substituted by Debs. But that didn't stop the team from becoming champions. In the grand final, OG defeated TSM with a 3:1 score.
OG has already guaranteed itself an entry to The International 11. Before the major, the team had 1,340 DPC points and an intermediate 4th place in the rankings. Now with 1,296 DPC points, they are guaranteed a direct invitation to the main event of the year.
PGL Major Arlington 2022 takes place on August 4-14 in Arlington, Texas. The championship is held at Esports Stadium Arlington with a live audience. It features 18 teams from 6 different regions and has a $500,000 prize pool.
