Average map duration becomes less

Valve released a new patch number 7.32 on Thursday. One of its key changes was to increase the experience for a new level. This was supposed to increase the average map duration in the professional Dota 2. However, after a few days, it hasn't increased but rather decreased.
As of today, the average map duration in patch 7.32 is 36:14 minutes. In the previous patch 7.31 the map duration was 36:30 minutes. Interestingly, the last 3 major patches released in Dota 2 have roughly equal map duration, which is 36 minutes.
